+++ Jens Joneleit's latest opus at the Staatsoper Berlin in October 2010 +++

Berlin's new intendant at the Staatsoper Berlin, Jürgen Flimm, seeks to focus next season particularly on contemporary works. He announced that the first season in the opera's interim venue, the Schiller-Theater, will open with a new work by Jens Joneleit based on a text by René Pollesch. The director will be Christoph Schlingensief, the conductor is Daniel Barenboim.
