Marie-Annick Le Blanc was born in Mauritius, has a French and English passport and grew up in Rome, Vienna and near Geneva. She speaks French, German and English.

She studied the piano in Vienna and Geneva. In 1990 she graduated at the European Management Academy in Vienna.

She started to work for an artists agency during her studies in Vienna. From 1991 until 1996 she joined the Vienna Konzerthaus, first as the assistant of the General Secretary then in the concert organization where she was responsible for over 100 concerts per season. She organized the concert series Vienna Synphony Orchestra, ORF-Radio Symphony Orchestra, Ensemble modern, Organ-Matinee and Pianists as well as the festival Wien Modern.

When she moved to Hamburg and later to London she took up Interior Design, her other passion. She worked for Rick Mather at Rick Mather Architects in London.

In the summer 2003 she took over the management of the Arditti Quartet.

In spring 2004 she founded Karsten Witt Musik Management with her husband Karsten Witt.
